The Optigiene Approach
Optigiene approaches each customer with a structured program to be able to produce a cleaner Plant while reducing overall costs. We accomplish this by an intimate understanding of the Plant Operations coupled with Optigiene’s unique chemistry. Optigiene’s TechnicalTeam initially performs a full analysis of the plant requirements and current operating processes and chemicals. This can take up to a week. We will then bring the best chemistry to the plant and perform trials to optimize the Plant Operation using Optigiene Products. Optigiene will present our findings and recommendations to the Plant Management team showing the savings in chemicals, water, energy, and time in reduced cycling times for the facility using our Products.
