About us
The Optigiene partnership mission is to improve the milk quality throughout our target markets of the India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia through the use of superior Products and Processes.

THE OPTIGIENE PHILOSOPHY:
At the End of the Day…this exercise is not really about selling chemicals per se, but rather about partnering with those who are serious about milk quality and plant efficiency. Optigiene provides complete and custom, optimized hygiene solutions; resulting in increased plant utilization, a higher quality product with a longer shelf-life, and increased stakeholder profitability and consumer confidence in a more responsible and environmentally sustainable manner through decreased water, energy, chemical consumption, sanitation related down-time, and the volume of effluent generated in the sanitation process.

THE OPTIGIENE APPROACH:
Optigiene approaches each customer with a structured program to be able to produce a cleaner Plant while reducing overall costs. We accomplish this by an intimate understanding of the Plant Operations coupled with Optigiene’s unique chemistry. Optigiene’s Technical Team initially performs a full analysis of the plant requirements and current operating processes and chemicals. This can take up to a week. We will then bring the best chemistry to the plant and perform trials to optimize the Plant Operation using Optigiene Products. Optigiene will present our findings and recommendations to the Plant Management team showing the savings in chemicals, water, energy, and time in reduced cycling times for the facility using our Products.
