The Process for defining the proper products for a farm
All farms that Optigiene approaches, are examined to define their milking equipment, milking practices, animal hygiene program and parlor cleaning procedures to define the farm needs based on animal health, efficacy, and economic priorities. The Optigiene Technical team will coordinate with farm management to propose and execute the agreed upon trials that will optimize the farm priorities.

TeatPro Atlas
This Predip Concentrate is formulated to be the most efficacious, simple to mix, stable and economic Predip in the Industry. Oxygiene Pre contains a mixture of synergistic active ingredients that kill pathogens even with contact time as short as 15 seconds. This efficacy testing was done according to the European Standard EN1656 test method while reducing the minimum 30 second contact time to 15 seconds to show its superior performance. Being a concentrated Predip, the economics of Oxygiene Pre are excellent. Once mixed according to label instructions, the product is stable and efficacious for 30 days.
TeatPro Apollo
This Post Dip Concentrate designed for ordinary farm conditions when the herd is not highly stressed, and the environment is not exceptionally difficult. This diluted concentrate provides the excellent protection against mastitis. Two synergistic active ingredients combine to provide protection at a ½ times the solid loading recommended for postdips for the EN 1656 post dip test.
TeatPro Triton
This Post dip is designed to protect teats to the Maximum. The dip is meant to be used during adverse conditions on the farm and situations of problematic infections. The product is a combination of three powerful active ingredients to offer maximum protection against mastitis. For maximum effectiveness, this teat dip can be prepared fresh either at each milking or daily.

This Detergent product is a concentrated alkaline detergent that contains sodium hypochlorite and used with low ionic strength water.

This Detergent product is a concentrated alkaline detergent that contains sodium hypochlorite and chelators used with high ionic strength water.
This Detergent product is a very concentrated alkaline detergent with no added hypochlorite or chelation capability.
Parlor Pro HD – 44C
This Detergent product is a very concentrated alkaline detergent used with low ionic strength water and added sodium hypochlorite.

Acid Products
Parlor Pro A – 25
This Acid CIP product is a typical strength acid wash for all farms.
This Acid CIP product is a highly concentrated mixed acid wash for maximum synergistic performance and economics.
SOLOGiene
This CIP Acid-Cleaner is a one-step cleaner combines the functionality of a chlorinated detergent and a wash acid. This one-step cleaner is especially effective for organic farms that do not allow the use of hypochlorite.
Sanitizers
HypoChlor 12
This product is a sodium hypochlorite solution provided at 12%.
Genesis
This activatable solution can provide a sanitizer that kills suspended microorganisms and attacks stubborn biofilm without the presence of hypochlorite.
